“Our Future Forests: Beyond Bark Beetles,” is a 10-part series produced by the U.S. Forest Service and the University of Wyoming Ruckelshaus Institute. The series documents the effects of the mountain pine beetle epidemic, the response to the outbreak, and looks forward to recovery, and "the next forest." All filming was done in the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests. Video topics include mountain pine beetle biology, recreation, fire, watershed, volunteers, elk, timber and regeneration.
